The Doctors’ Association UK (DAUK) is supporting Mental Health Awareness Week, which runs from May 13 to 19.

Each year, millions of people take part to focus on getting good mental health, and this year the theme is Movement: moving more for our mental health.

Everyone can get the mental health benefits of moving more, it’s all about finding what works for you.

Get involved by sharing your moments for movement for your mental health using the trends #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek and #MomentsForMovement
