Compassion fatigue, often referred to as the ‘cost of caring’, is a state of emotional and physical exhaustion resulting from prolonged exposure to the suffering of others.
The webinar will be hosted by Jayne Ellis, founder and CEO of EF training, who has experienced compassion fatigue herself.
She will talk about it and how to mitigate its effects.

It follows our free webinar this week on managing the emotional aftermath of adverse medical conditions, which was hosted by Dr Claire Davies, a GP and accredited coach.
Dr Davies works with doctors on managing stress, preventing burnout, and making their careers enjoyable again.
