The Telegraph has reported on the oxygen shortage in the NHS due to patients being treated in corridors and ambulances.

The ongoing NHS crisis has led to this oxygen shortage, and DAUK said to The Telegraph that such shortages – which were rare even at the height of the Covid crisis – had become “a common occurrence”, adding to the risks for patients facing long delays.

“Dr Matt Kneale, the organisation’s co-chairman, said: “We have heard about oxygen shortages from multiple doctors in different regions.””
