NHS Doctors need as much support as they can access and the self-belief, confidence and understanding to empower themselves that often comes from sharing within a community. This conference will follow a potentially pivotal moment for us where we decide in January if we go on strike. Our aims are to tie in core DAUK values and welcome notable advocates to speak. There will be talks on whistleblowing, anti-racism, the NHS and much more. We are inviting doctors to also participate creatively on the theme of dehumanisation and hope to celebrate the very many talents that our community has.
Our internationally renowned Keynote speaker is Robin DiAngelo (PhD), best selling, multi-award-winning writer and world-renowned expert on critical race theory and social justice education.
Conference Speakers are:
Allyson Pollock
Moosa Qureshi
Judith Booth
Bhaskhar Bora
