Qualified doctors are leaving the NHS for better pay and conditions which is leading to understaffing and causing patient safety issues.
The Doctors’ Association UK is campaigning for a pay restoration so that future doctors don’t have to struggle with paying their bills and student loans and feel valued within the NHS.
