DAUK’s David Nicholl has described his fury on hearing the High Court decision the the government had acted illegally to discharge patients with Covid into Care Homes during the pandemic – thereby causing hundreds of unavoidable deaths, at a time when our colleagues were also losing their lives to the virus amidst inadequate PPE provision.
