DAUK voice concerns as hospital seeks to appoint ACP to consultant role

A hospital has sparked controversy by seeking to recruit an advanced clinical practitioner to fill a consultant’s job in emergency medicine, it has been revealed in Doctors.net

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals says the appointment will be a non-medical consultant, working on a tier 4 rota.
